Rental Property Value Prediction

The rental property value was estimated by experimenting with different parameters, such as the type of apartment, lease, contract date, floor and area premiums, and the number of comparables within a certain radial distance, etc.

The models were tested with historical transaction data and the various combinations of parameters of each neighborhood with the best median percentage absolute errors and prediction coverage were selected to build the API.
